Not a bad room. Bed and furniture was recently upgraded. 2 walls freshly repainted. One wall by door needed repainted and caulked badly. No working deadbolt. Only lightbulb in bathroom was out. Very large tv, and prepaid Netflix was nice. Girl at checkin was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Was able to provide first floor as requested. Price was reasonable, just wish it had a breakfast included.
We have had to be here for over a month while our new home is prepared. The staff has been great but Ballou has been exceptionally helpful and always has a smile on his face and a cheerful tone in his voice. I will stay here again if needed.
The room was clean and right across the parking lot from Roosters (one of my favorite restaurants) and the Desk Msnsger was very helpful.
This is an older motel that is very well maintained. The staff is great. The location is wonderful , right off the interstate. Rooster's and White Castle within walking distance. Texas Roadhouse right across the highway. I gave it 5stars because of the price
I explained to the check in at the red roof in that I had family come in from out of town and we had unanimously decided that they could not stay at the inn that they had reserved because of dlsafeyu and hygiene issues and that the red roof inn was our next attempt. The check in clerk made sure we were taken care of and personally went to double check that the two rooms they were given were clean and well kept. He apologized for the fact thye were not super fancy but we explained that they were clean and safe and that was what we wanted.
Nice hotel. Everything seemed to work fine. No real issues. Read some reviews about it being in a rough area.. it's not a bad spot. Possibly more lively then other hotels. Very close to restaurants and shopping.
I stayed here for just one night while passing through, and it was a great experience. The staff was very accommodating, and the room was exactly what you’d expect from a standard hotel—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The bed was especially cozy, which made for a great night’s sleep. I’d definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
The room was large and spacious. Cleaned properly. With a big large flat screen on the wall. The water was always hot. It was quiet. Will stay here next visit.
